If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our Services.
1. Income Disclaimer
All information provided by Fortexbot — including analysis, performance data, opinions, educational content, or strategy parameters — is for general informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing provided constitutes:
Personalized investment advice
Trading signals
Financial recommendations
You should conduct your own research and consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any financial decisions.
2. Liability
Fortexbot is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to:
Loss of capital
Trading losses
Opportunity costs
System disruptions
By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes.
3. Risk & Refund Policy
Investment Risks
Trading Forex, crypto, or any leveraged financial markets carries significant risk. Losses can exceed your initial deposit. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
Refund Policy
All Fortexbot licenses, services, and digital products are sold “as is” and are non-refundable under all circumstances.
By purchasing or activating a bot license, you accept full responsibility for your trading results.
Refund requests will be declined.
4. Account Access & User Responsibilities
No Account Access: Fortexbot never has access to your trading accounts or funds. Our EAs operate solely through the settings and broker connection you provide.
Your Responsibility: You are fully responsible for:
Monitoring your trading account
Adjusting risk settings
Maintaining VPS uptime (if applicable)
Ensuring the strategy aligns with your personal goals and risk tolerance
Technical Malfunctions
Fortexbot is not liable for trading losses caused by:
VPS failures
Internet disconnections
Trading platform outages
Broker slippage or spread widening
Incorrect EA setup or misuse
5. Limitations on Investment Guidance
Fortexbot does not:
Manage trading accounts
Provide personalized investment advice
Offer tax or legal guidance
All recommendations and educational materials are generic and for informational purposes only.
6. Breach of Terms
If you violate these Terms or we suspect abuse, Fortexbot reserves the right to:
Issue formal warnings
Suspend or permanently revoke access to our Services
Block your IP address or Discord access
Report fraud or abuse to relevant authorities
Pursue legal action
Any attempt to bypass restrictions, create duplicate accounts, or reverse-engineer our software is strictly prohibited.
7. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Fortexbot, superseding all prior agreements or communications.
8. Amendments
Fortexbot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website.
You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. We may notify users of major changes where appropriate.
